Flinty Red invites you to sample a selection of pork dishes with wine to match. We will take different cuts of the meat between the nose and the tail using various cooking methods for each dish. Our local butcher, Phil Noble, will be on hand to demonstrate the different cuts of meat and the virtues of a well reared animal.
