Once the domain of grannies' drinks cabinet, Sherry is once again back in fashion. Offering unbelieveable value for money given the high standard of quality available, it would be a shame not to sample some of these delightful drinks.

from bine dry Manzanilla through to the luscious Pedro Ximenez, Sherry caters for many occassions. Manzanilla and Fino are perfect aperitifs and are superb partners to shellfish and seafood. The not so dry and more nutty Amontillados are great with smoked almonds, olives and tapas. Round off with Pedro Ximenez over vanilla icecream - delicious!
