Our spirit collection seems to be growing daily and is rather in danger of over-spilling our shelves! We’re always on the look out for the new and interesting, as well as the best and most individual examples of traditional spirits. Thus we have lovely small-producer Cognacs and Armagnac which range in price and age to suit everybody. If a wee dram is more your thing, then investigate our whiskies which include single cask single malts from a variety of distilleries offering a variety of styles. Again you may not recognise some of the names, but let us guide you through them and hopefully you’ll appreciate the individuality of these lovingly crafted spirits. And it’s not just Scottish whisky, but Irish too, and American bourbon, including some great small batch vintage bourbons.

We try and find examples of quality and craftsmanship in all types of spirit, especially those where you might not think there was so much variety. So we have premium, 100% Agave tequilas, special rums and cachaça – try them and see how these things should taste. Finally we come to the vodkas, which are something of a speciality of ours. Suffice to say we have over 50 different types – Russian, Polish, flavoured and plain, potato and grain, cheap to “super premium”. And if you need any help in creating the perfect cocktail with these great ingredients, we’ll do our best to advise you. We usually have the occasional weird and wonderful liqueur or syrup which can make all the difference between a cocktail and a crocktail.
